2. Nature of services

PDM provides homoeopathic consultations (online and at clinics) and personalised homoeopathic medicines by qualified doctors. Information on this page is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care.

3. No guarantee of results

Homoeopathic treatment is individualised. Response, and time taken to see improvement, differ from patient to patient and depend on factors such as severity, duration, age, triggers and following the doctor's advice. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information during consultation.
• Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine, including inhalers, without consulting your doctor.
• In a medical emergency – for example severe breathlessness – seek emergency care immediately; online consultation is not an emergency service.

5. Appointments, fees and delivery

Consultation and treatment charges, if any, will be communicated to you before you pay. Medicines are dispatched to the address you provide; delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners. Please keep your phone reachable to receive calls and delivery updates.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PDM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this page or from delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the jurisdiction of PDM's registered office will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
